DPD NEXT DAY DELIVERY – £9.95 – FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £100
Order before 12pm GMT Monday-Thursday and receive it before 12 noon the next working day. We cannot guarantee that orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday.

DPD SATURDAY DELIVERY – £12.95
Delivered on the first Saturday after order date. Order before 12pm GMT Monday-Friday.

ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL TRACKED – £6.95
3-5 Day EU delivery service. Tracked on Delivery. This service is not available for Model orders.

DPD EUROPE – £25.95
Delivered within 3 working days. Fully Tracked. Some countries will require an additional charge to be taken after checkout. Please contact us for more details.

3-5 Day Unites States of America (contiguous) delivery service. Tracked to Delivery. This service is not available for Model orders. This price increase has come as a direct uplift in ground and final mile shipping costs in the US.

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL COURIER SERVICE – £75.95
Delivered within 5 working days. Fully tracked and insured. Courier brand will vary between countries. We usually use DHL.
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Schedule
Our warehouse aims to ship all in stock orders placed before 3pm the same day. Orders that are placed after then will be shipped the following day. We are open between 9am and 5pm Monday through to Friday.
We cannot guarantee weekend orders will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Tracking
All of our UK orders are tracked to delivery. International services are tracked when requested. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order has been despatched from our warehouse. You can also view your order status and tracking info in my account
Our Couriers
We use Royal Mail, DPD and DHL for our different levels of delivery services. All of these services offer tracking and insurance – for your peace of mind.
Back Orders
Some of our items may be placed on back order if they are out of stock. Orders placed on backordered items will be notified after checkout when they will be shipped. Some items showing as ‘in-stock’ may be placed on back order. We will notify you of when this happens – you will have the choice of a full refund if you do not wish to wait.
Customs and Import Fees
If you are placing an order from outside of the EU, you may be subject to import fees upon delivery.
– Europe
The United Kingdom has left the European Union as of the 1st January 2021. All shipments leaving the UK will be subject to VAT, Duties and Import Charges. You, the customer, will be responsible for these charges as the importer of record.
We will not accept any payments, deductions or refund requests as a result of this requirement.
– Rest of World
As these charges differ from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering so you’re not surprised by any unexpected delivery charges.
– Refusing to pay Customs
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund. In most cases we will refuse any return and the item will be destroyed – you will not receive compensation for this.
RETURNS POLICY
30 Day Guarantee!
All our products sold are subject to our 30 day return guarantee. if you are unhappy with your purchase – you are able to return it to us for a full refund (not including outbound delivery charge). We DO NOT issue refunds, returns, exchanges or credits on any items that have been used or damaged by the customer. This is due to the nature of the products we sell.
Returned items must be in a re-saleable condition. Should a returned good be received by us and fail this criteria – then a handling and re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund up to the full value of the order.
Returned Parcels
Parcels that are undelivered (non called for, un-collected or failed delivery) which are returned to us will be refunded. The outbound cost of the parcel will be deducted from the value of the refund. Undelivered parcels are returned to us following 3 delivery attempts and 18 calandar days following the 3rd and final attempt.
